Solo organ recital

Robin gives a short solo recital, which follows on from choral evensong. Entrance is free with a retiring collection.

This concert includes the World Premiere of Frederick Frahm’s Babbitt Sonata. This three-movement work is inspired by ‘Babbitt’ written by Sinclair Lewis in 1922.

Also, Dietrich Buxtehude’s extended choral prelude on “Nun Freut Euch, Lieben Christen Gmein” BuxWV 210, and Alexandre Guilmant’s March on a theme of Handel “Lift up your heads”.
